Camp rules:

Campfires

Campfires must be contained low in the designated fire pits, away from trees. Clean wood only (no nails, paint, pressure treated, or beach wood).  The campground reserves the right to ban fires due to environmental conditions, inappropriate burning material or any other condition the campground deemsunsafe. (Beach wood is not to be removed as it is HABITAT, and a soft BARRIER to shoreline erosion). Please extinguish campfires before leaving site unattended.

Trees & wood

No cutting of trees, fallen or standing, including beach wood. No attaching tarps to trees with nails, screws or any other attachment devices that will interfere with the natural growth. Please remove all ropes and bungee cords from trees before check-out.

Holding tanks

It is not acceptable to drain any holding tanks on campground property, except at designated SANI-STATION. Use of SANI-STATION by registered guests only.

Toilets

No foreign objects to be flushed down toilets(ei, paper towels, sanitary napkins etc), as this can result in the closure of washroom facilities for an extended period of time.

Pets

All PETS must be on leash at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Additional Fees will be added to your site invoice for feces not picked up, nuisance barking etc. Campground staff reserve the right to require owners to remove any pet from the campground which is considered a nuisance (excessive barking, running loose, aggressive behaviour etc). Do not wash pets in shower facilities.

Speed Limit

Speed Limit in campground is 10km’s or slower.

Picnic tables

1 picnic table provided for each campsite and not to be removed from their site.

Be prepared

Please be prepared for your camping adventure as the campground does not supply extension cords, water hoses or electrical adapters.

Due to inherent risks involved in the natural coastal terrain of British Columbia, campers assume all risks of personal injury, property loss, or death, from any cause what so ever associated with natural or manmade features of the campground.
