RV additional info:
All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children and allow 1 extra tent
Additional adults $5.00 plus tax / night (Sites are limited to 6 people which includes 4 adults maximum)
Electric vehicle charge $10.00 plus tax / night
Additional vehicle rates $10.00 plus tax / night per vehicle
Sites are limited to one vehicle and one RV
(Ask us about parking availability before bringing a secondary vehicle)
There are no refunds on deposits
If wanting to re-book your site for the following season, make sure to do so before you checkout. Non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
Reservations:
- A valid Visa or Mastercard number and expiry date is required to take a reservation.
- Must be 19 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s licence to make a site reservation.
- We will hold sites for a maximum of 72hrs. If a deposit has not been placed within this time-frame, the site will be released.
- We do not guarantee site availability until a non-refundable deposit has been taken
- Sites are limited to 6 people maximum
Deposits
Non-Refundable deposits are required to make a reservation and balance paid in full upon arrival. There is no automatic forwarding of reservations to following seasons, so be sure to re-book for the next season prior to check-out.
1 to 6 days
A 1 night site fee plus applicable taxes, as a DEPOSIT.
7 to 14 days
A 2 night site fee plus applicable taxes as a DEPOSIT.
15 days or more
A 3 night fee plus applicable taxes as a DEPOSIT.
We do not accept AMEX, pre-paid credit cards or cheques at any time
No refunds will be issued for unused days or early departures
Management reserves the right to make changes due to circumstances out of their control. Guests will be advised of any changes in regards to rates and or sites.
Cancellations and changes:
Cancellation
- In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid will be used as your cancellation fee.
- All cancellation requests must be received by email from the reservation holder.
No deposit transfer
We will NOT forward deposits and/or reservations to the following year
Amend a reservation
Two weeks minimum notice required to amend a reservation without further penalty.
No refund to no-shows
Full charges apply to all no-shows. Balance of stay will be charged to card on file.
Site transferring is not permitted
The gifting or transferring of sites to others is not permitted and the named reservation holder must be present at check-in.

The named reservation holder must be present at the time of check-in.
Card holders discounts
Status Card holders must be same as reservation holder to qualify for tax discount and must present card at time of check-in.
Quiet time
Starts at 11pm.
Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS on DEPOSITS and NO FORWARDING OF UNUSED DAYS.
Unexpected Site Changes
Management reserves the right to make changes due to circumstances out of their control. Guests will be advised of any changes in regards to rates and or sites..
Pet Fee
$7 per night, per pet to a maximum of $49.00 for 7 nights; or $50 flat fee per pet for 8 nights or more.
Possible penalties if Pet Polices are not followed – $25 charged for feces cleanup, excessive barking, pets left unattended or unleashed. Pets showing aggressive behaviour may be asked to be removed.
*10% off for 7-night stay or longer during regular season rate periods only.
*Status Discount available with VALID status card. Reservation must be in Status holders name and they must be 19 years of age or older.
